Register As an AMC Model, you select the workshop location and date that is applicable with your chosen aesthetic procedures. Within 24 hours an AMC representative will contact you to discuss your chosen aesthetic procedure, answer questions and to schedule your afternoon appointment for the date of your chosen workshop. Date of Workshop Upon your arrival at the workshop you will complete a medical history form and medical care authorization. Upon your appointment time, you will be consulted by one of our trained aesthetic medical professionals accompanied by other workshop physicians. They will discuss your medical history and medical authorization forms and your chosen aesthetic procedure(s). When your aesthetic procedure(s) have been completed, you will receive an after care consultation and pay only the wholesale price of the actual product used.
